Tell City High School senior Aniksha Kashyab has been named this year’s Perry County Lilly Endowment Community Scholar, one of the most significant scholarships a Hoosier student can receive.
The Lilly Scholarship covers full tuition, mandatory fees and a book allowance, easing Aniksha’s path to Indiana University Bloomington and lifting a major financial weight off her family’s shoulders as she heads into the next chapter of her education.
The scholarship, awarded annually through the Perry County Community Foundation, is designed to keep talented Indiana students in-state for college while rewarding the kind of hard work and community involvement that defines Perry County’s next generation.
