Vine Helpers are independent local people who offer services, skills, or assistance to community members. From lawn care and handyman work to tutoring, pet sitting, and technology help — if you have a skill and a willingness to help your neighbors, there is a place for you on TownVines.
Important Platform Notice
Vine Helpers are independent service providers — not employees, contractors, or agents of TownVines. TownVines is a community discovery and connection platform only. All job details, pricing, scheduling, safety decisions, and agreements are made directly between you and the customer. TownVines is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute.
No Background Check Notice
TownVines does not perform background checks, criminal record searches, identity verification, credential verification, or insurance verification on any Vine Helper applicant. This notice will appear on your public profile. Customers are responsible for their own due diligence before hiring any helper.
Platform Rules
Every Vine Helper agrees to the following before their profile goes live:
- You are an independent service provider — not an employee, contractor, or agent of TownVines.
- TownVines does not perform background checks; you are solely responsible for your own conduct, licensing, and insurance.
- All job terms, pricing, scheduling, and safety decisions are made directly between you and the customer.
- TownVines may verify your information before publishing your profile, and may remove your profile at any time for violating these rules.
- You agree to represent yourself and your services honestly and professionally.
