Tell City recently expanded its police force with the swearing-in of three new reserve officers, strengthening public safety resources in Perry County’s seat.
Tell City Mayor Chris Cail officially administered the oath of office to Reserve Officers Stacia Landstrom, Ryan Harding, and Kenny Sherman on July 14, 2026. The ceremony marks an important addition to the city’s law enforcement capacity as these dedicated community members step forward to serve Tell City residents.
Reserve officers play a vital role in supporting full-time law enforcement, assisting with patrols, community events, and emergency situations. Their commitment helps ensure Tell City continues to provide quality public safety services to its residents and visitors along the Ohio River.
