Perry County Memorial Hospital: Serving the Community Since 1950

Perry County Memorial Hospital is a nonprofit, county-owned critical access hospital located in Tell City, Indiana, and is one of Perry County’s largest employers with more than 315 people on staff. Since 1950, the hospital has been providing high-quality healthcare in the most caring, compassionate, and effective manner.

PCMH is a 25 bed acute care facility with an emergency department, surgery center, birthing center, and full range of outpatient services. The hospital offers four off campus clinics in surrounding communities, where physicians and nurse practitioners offer family medicine, occupational health, and specialties in OB/GYN, pain management and pediatrics.

PCMH is a proud affiliate of Deaconess Health System, strengthening the hospital’s ability to provide comprehensive care close to home. The hospital is located at 8885 State Road 237, Tell City, Indiana 47586, serving families throughout Perry County and beyond.
