Hoosier Heights Country Club first opened for play in 1928, making it a nearly century-old fixture of Perry County’s recreation and social life. The private, 9-hole golf course is built on hilly terrain near the Ohio River, offering golfers a challenging round with scenic views.

The clubhouse features a restaurant and bar, and is open to the public Wednesday through Friday for lunch. The clubhouse offers a wide variety of sandwiches and entrees as well as homemade soups and desserts, with a dining room that seats 65 people. Hoosier Heights Country Club is located at 3822 Mozart St in Tell City, serving as both a golfing destination and a community gathering place for Perry County residents.
